IMPORTANT: Cancellations MUST be received by noon on Monday, December 4. Payment will be collected for ALL non-cancelled registrations.
Payment methods other than credit cards should be mailed to DCJS. Your payment MUST be received by December 1 for you to be officially registered. A late fee of $15 will be placed against any payment not received by December 11. Outstanding purchase orders after December 11 constitute a late payment.
Certificates of participation will be issued; most organizations will accept these towards requirement for continuing education.
